I would recommend Todd Hawker and his team any day over other realtors I have dealt with. His knowledge of the area, his patience and courtesy at all times were phenomenal. He helped us find the perfect house for us, in our budget and with our crazy list of needs. I was out of state for most of the process, as I was still trying to get our previous house sold. Todd helped my husband find our house, he showed us what to look for and what to look out for. I really wish our previous house had been in Colorado Springs so that I could have had Todd Hawker and his team at Action Team Realty help me again.
